1. Service
TalkMaxx is an AI-powered English conversation service. By using TalkMaxx, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
TalkMaxx is designed for learners of all ages. Users under 18 should have parental consent before using the service.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is for a single user. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
4. Subscription and Payment
TalkMaxx offers subscription plans (Talk+ and Talk Pro) with a 7-day free trial; current pricing and plan details are shown in the app before you subscribe. Each plan includes a set number of minutes per month. When they run out, you can buy additional minutes in prepaid packs at a flat per-minute rate, the same rate on every plan; packs are charged when purchased and expire when your monthly minutes renew. Nothing is billed afterwards for usage. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically once per month, on your monthly renewal date, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. TalkMaxx reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer
TalkMaxx is provided as-is. Other than the Progress Guarantee described on our FAQ page (subject to its own eligibility and usage conditions), we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. The service uses AI and may occasionally make errors.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
